Service Description

This service consists of us permanently dying your hair. For the darker color, we will simply deposit color to give you a darker or solid color. This service is great for covering grey hair. For the lighter option, we will use hair color to safely lift your hair a few levels then deposit color. This is an safer alternative to using bleach on your hair. The lighter option is for VIRGIN hair only. If you have previously colored your hair with anything, this is not the service for you. You will need your hair bleached first if you already have color on it. Please call us if you have any questions.

We are proud to offer our services to the Charlotte area seven days a week. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. We are available Tuesday through Saturday, but please give us a call beforehand to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts with Charlotte. We look forward to serving you with our top-notch services. If we still have availability to fit you in, there will be a $20 late fee. Deposits will not be refunded to a client that is more than 15 mins late. You must cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back. Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made with less than 48 hour notice or no shows. You are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment as long as it's before the 48 hour mark. Simply create a login, then go into your account. There you will see all of your bookings and will be able to edit your appointment to whenever you like. You'll be able to cancel your appointment here too. The system won't let you cancel it if your appointment is within the next 48 hours. You must use the device you used to set the appointment so our system will recognize you. We advertise zero wait times and we do not like our appointments to run together. So, if you book a service, please note everything that you need in the add your message box on the next page, so we can schedule our appointments accordingly. If you forgot to add in your extra services while booking your appointment, please call the stylist you booked with so they can edit your timeframe. DO NOT just show up expecting us to work whatever extra you need into the schedule. All sales are final we do not offer refunds. Please call only the stylist you are booking with. We will not answer questions on another stylists behalf.
